Installation and Configuration
We are happy to install any SAP systems for you. No matter if they are based on SAP NetWeaver ABAP or SAP NetWeaver JAVA. We are not limited to specific operating systems or databases. Further it doesn’t matter if you have SAP R/3 or S/4HANA systems or both.
At your request, we include database exports in the installation procedure, for example, to build a sandbox system from an image of the production system.

Administration
SAP Basis Administration
Daily monitoring of the status of your SAP system landscape is one of the standard activities of the SAP Basis operation. As part of system checks, a wide range of system states is controlled and the correction is coordinated. In addition, the use of analysis reports creates forecasts for the expected future load on your SAP and database servers and compares them with the available hardware resources.

SAP operations management
As part of SAP Basis Operations Management, we independently ensure the availability of your SAP system landscape. Updates and Upgrades
The import of SAP Support Packages requires an analysis of the SAP Notes provided by SAP in advance in order to address potential error situations at an early stage. We are happy to take this work from you.

SAP enhancement packages
Installing an SAP enhancement package is similar to installing an SAP support package stack. In addition, depending on the enhancement package release, the version of the SAP NetWeaver stack may be raised.
The SAP Enhancement Package 8 supports only the Unicode character set. Should it be necessary to change your character set from non-Unicode to Unicode, we will incorporate the necessary data migration into the overall process.

Migration
An SAP OS/DB migration involves changing the operating system used and/or the database product used.
The implementation is essentially based on exporting the data into a database-independent format and then importing the data into the target environment, which was built up in advance.
In addition to changing the operating system or the database, you may also need to change the character set from non-Unicode to Unicode. The Unicode migration is technically identical to the OS/DB migration and can also be part of an OS / DB migration. However, additional preparatory work is necessary, which we would like to discuss with you and guide you.
An OS / DB or a Unicode migration always requires a downtime of the SAP instance. For large volumes of data, the duration of a migration can take several days. As part of a preliminary analysis, we will show you technical options that help to keep your downtime as short as possible.
Any post-migration work will be worked out with you and a schedule will be drawn up. We are also happy to take over the implementation of the rework.
System- and Client Copies
Regular refreshes of SAP Q-Systems belongs to the area of responsibility of every SAP Basis department. For implementation, there are usually customer-specific schedules. The performance analysis and the tuning of SAP systems is a complex topic due to the many components involved in and outside the SAP system. It is important to draw the right conclusions from the available information in order to avoid unnecessary costs or to increase the existing problem.
